We had a lovely stay, great base location to explore Cinq Terre. We were able to drop off our luggage early which helped a lot with logistics. The host was lovely and everything was clean and comfortable. Small breakfast to help us start the day.
Public transport at night is tricky, Uber was only premium options so much more expensive, but taxis might have been cheaper, we didnt look. Property as a whole no issues.

We arrived a little later than when the reception was present, but we received detailed instructions for self-check-in and managed without any problems. Very clean, excellent parking for your vehicle in a safe place, a spacious yard behind the building where our son enjoyed playing without us having to worry about traffic in the area. A good breakfast with maximum helpfulness and kindness from Miss Maria, who was friendly and even gave us a few useful tips for parking in the city and how to get around.

Very Clean rooms, well maintained and decorated, quiet location not far from the city, safe parking for my motorcycle, the manager of the property she was very professional and with a big smile, 10+ for her and the place !!!
A bit slower than expected internet, but that applies to use it for uploading and downloading movies etc.
