Fabulous space in a wonderful location

What a gorgeous place to stay. It was the little extras and excellent service that made it so good. The location is excellent. A lovely walk to pretty much everything. Fabulous restaurants, laundromat and supermarkets close at hand. Easy to find from train station and an idyllic walk through amazing shops and streets. The hosts were so helpful and patient. This is such a wonderful place to stay. Bed was so snuggly as well.

Our stay was very pleasant and it is a good alternative if you prefer staying further away from the city center.

The room and the toilet were very spacious and clean. Slippers were also available which we found was a nice touch. The place is very accessible by transportation and on foot. The host is very attentive and their instructions were easy to follow.

You can hear noises from the building but is not bothering.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious with a bright balcony. Absolutely on the main street yet at an angle that you are not bothered by the constant noise of the street. Top location. The bus stop is right across the street. All the important buses (central station, cruise terminus, shopping centre) runs along the line. A gricery store and a cute Sushi place and all kinds of restaurants and pizzerias are within 300 meters.

There is nothing to complain about.

Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. Everything. - There's a lovely balcony - The area looks nice Don't even bother staying anywhere else in La Spezia and I do really mean it.

The staff was very nice and easily reachable. Our train was cancelled and 30minutes after booking we already had our room.

It is not close to the station, so difficult to visit the cinque Terre.

Extrêmement qualitatif pour le prix, nous avons très bien dormi ! Localisation parfaite pour nous (proche de nos familles) Facilité de communication pour effectuer le check in et possibilité d’arriver un peu plus tôt.

El proceso de checkin muy confuso, te dan una llave y dependes si otro huésped la deja en una caja, en mi caso llegué y no había llave, quedamos por fuera a las 8 pm con 3 maletas, afortunadamente alguien estaba entrando al alojamiento, las instrucciones de checkin no son tan claras y quién te atiende no habla inglés (entiendo que estamos en Italia pero no todos hablamos perfecto el idioma) Entras y en realidad son cuartos de hotel, no te dejan ni una botella con agua pero si la advertencia que de ensuciar las toallas puedes tener un cargo en la tarjeta. No te guían ni en cómo moverte o dan mayor información, tiene olor un poco a humedad lo cual afecta si tienes rinitis o problemas respiratorios. No tienes microondas

Assolutamente lo STAFF, poco serio, accusatorio di un "Danneggiamento" asciugamani sporchi di trucco che non è vero perchè ne mia moglie ne mia figlia erano truccate. Accusato della sparizione di 3 grucce per appendi abiti. tutto per un totale richiesto di 25€ ASSOLUTAMENTE ASSURDO

Una sorpresa imperdible

Me gustaron mucho los detalles de la habitación, el hecho de que hubiera té, galletas, café y agua le suma muchísimo a la atención. Nos gustó la tranquilidad del espacio, el baño, la terraza (aunque no tuvimos chance de utilizarla), la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, y el secador muy útil. Punto extra por la decoración, se nota todo el amor en los pequeños detalles.

Decidimos ir caminando desde la estación del tren hasta el alojamiento, y si fue bastante retador, pero fue una decisión propia que si saben a cuánta distancia está, pues no es sorpresivo.

Ganz toll - sehr saubere, hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer, super Lage.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber (wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür für zwei Nächte) und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 20min zum Bahnhof, von wo aus regelmäßig Züge sehr unkompliziert nach Cinque Terre fahren. Der Gastgeber war zuverlässig und die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, sodass alles reibungslos verlief. Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO PER DUE NOTTI

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b due notti nel mese di luglio, due adulti e una bambina... Ottima posizione per muoversi in piena autonomia e semplicità con mezzi pubblici, ambiente pulito e confortevole sotto tutti i punti di vista, lo consiglio per chi come noi vuole visitare le 5terre ed altri luoghi turistici in pochi giorni!

Graziosa location in posizione strategica

Pulizia, arredamenti nuovi, molto funzionale con tante dotazioni frigo bollitore macchina caffè ecc. posizione strategica vicino al centro storico e al porto di La Spezia. Prenotato nel pomeriggio per la notte lo staff subito gentilissimo e veloce nella gestione.

Todo estuvo perfecto, nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes del check in. Instalaciones modernas, todo estaba limpio, habitaciones amplias y comodas.

Probablemente la distancia de la estacion central al alojamiento, aunque puedes resolver tomando un taxi facilmente.

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit Nähe zum Meer.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer stilvollen Einrichtung. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit dem Personal war tadellos. Uns ist ein Schlüssel an der Haustür abgebrochen, auch das war kein Problem und es musste keinerlei Strafe oder Gebühr entrichtet werden. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 20-25 min zum Bahnhof.
