Stay in historic downtown Wabash, walking distance (1 block) from the Honeywell Center in this newly renovated and tastefully furnished, spacious yet cozy cottage! Great for families, couples, or the individual traveller. Beautifully updated with a modern cottage vibe. Full size washer/dryer for your use as well as a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and a dining table that expands and comfortably seats 6 or more.

Enjoy the view or watching the kids play in the beautiful back yard with lots of shade, or just chilling on the back deck or on the covered side porch of this cute, downtown cottage. You have ample parking! Private parking for 2 cars in the back off of the alley, or you can park off the street in front of the house. Enter through the front or back door, both equipped with a keypad and a unique to your stay pin code. Go inside where you'll find all the amenities you'll need during your stay. The home features a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, 2 twin XL beds (5 inches longer than standard twin) in the loft upstairs and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room, ensuring the cottage can sleep 6 with ease. Roku TV with Youtube TV cable subscription and 100 mbps wifi are provided. Gas fireplace is fully operational with a beautiful flame for those chilly evenings!

The property was a relaxing getaway after long days at the baseball fields. Our kids played in a baseball tournament in Kokomo. We wanted somewhere to stay that was bigger than a hotel room with all the amenities and comforts of home. It was quiet and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to fix a quick meal. The owners were great at communicating. You can tell they take great joy in their cottage. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was easy to find and close to everything we needed. It was very clean and had snacks for our arrival. My children liked that connecting rooms. They were able to sleep close to us without being in the same room. They had a few games available which was nice. I had packed toiletries but was happy to see body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. We had a great stay.

Visited Wabash to see family and friends. The Little Red House was perfect for our needs. It was clean, neat and pet friendly. It’s just a couple of blocks from downtown shops and eateries. We spent five nights. We ate out or with family but the kitchen is well stocked and the owners even provided snacks and bottled water. Off street parking was a big plus as well.

I’ve stayed before at the property with my husband. We have enjoyed our stay and come once a year to visit realized. Always clean and comfortable. I love the large kitchen and the laundry facilities are a plus. The upstairs bedrooms are nice to get away from the other guests if you need some privacy or to take a nap!

Our stay was great! Beds were comfortable. plenty of linens and towels. It was clean and has character which adds to the charm. Gas fireplace works well. Kept us toasty while the snow came down. Location is great! Short walk to Modocs for awesome coffee and home made goods with a terrific barista named Tara. Hosts are very responsive to questions. Will definitely book again.

We were in town for a class reunion and to visit family. We always travel with our two small dogs and were very pleased to find a clean, conveniently located Vrbo that accepted pets. Off street parking was a big plus as well. The house is just a couple of blocks from downtown so great for anyone in town for concerts/entertainments at Honeywell Center. Great eateries & small boutiques within a few blocks. Kyle is an expert communicator making check-in simple. He was good about following up to see if we needed anything. We’re happy to recommend this great little house in the heart of Wabash.

We had a wonderful comfortable stay. Enjoyed the lots of towels, toilet paper and nice shower soaps etc. Plenty of beds and all linens are well bleached! One small recommendation is to bug bomb the basement. We killed 6-7 spiders in our 2 day stay in the house. No big deal for country folk but even for us, it was a lot. Thanks for the hospitality!!

The first thing we noticed as we stepped into this adorable cottage was the clean smell! The home is cute, cozy, and super clean. It is conveniently located close to Honeywell Center and within walking distance of downtown. Every detail in the cottage has been meticulously planned for your comfort. From the well-stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks, and coffee to the bedside charging stations and conveniently placed hooks for towels in the bath. Everything is designed to make your stay a breeze. The cottage is well stocked with towels and linens. While we didn’t prepare any meals during our stay, the kitchen appeared to have all the essentials. The host is quick to answer questions. If we ever revisit Wabash, we will definitely choose to stay here.

We needed a "home base" for visiting with family living about 20 miles away and we needed lodging that would accommodate our furry family member! We scored on both accounts with this cute cottage in Wabash, IN. Host Kyle was responsive to our questions before our arrival and proactive to assure we had all the info we needed. His description of the cottage and its amenities was accurate, including the caution about the steep staircase (which we "over 60" people and our old dog navigated fairly easily, BTW!) There was a desk and fast internet for staying connected to work and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cottage is within walking distance of the downtown - which has nice stores, restaurants, renovated Theater and the Honeywell Center. We hope to use the cottage next time we're back!

Another wonderful stay at this cottage. We were able to visit with family for Thanksgiving holiday, and this place provided everything we needed, and the addition of the gas fireplace since our last visit was a great extra amenity. Will definitely be staying here again.
