I loved that the cottage was close enough to access grocery stores and plenty of food options as well. The hosts were wonderful and very thoughtful. The cottage is very cozy and adorable!
My only "issue" had nothing to do with the hosts/cottage. One of the neighbors had their dog off leash and he tried to bother my dogs twice, however, the neighbor did place the dog on a tie out later on. Just something to be mindful of for anyone traveling with dogs. There were no actual issues with the dog other than barking and him coming into the yard the first 2 nights of our stay. I couldn't say if he's friendly as my dogs tend to be unfriendly so we went back inside when he came out.

Nice little house perfect for traveling family space. Why spend the price for a hotel when everyone can be comfortable and have access to a kitchen and laundry. It's easy access to the downtown Wabsh area.
A little noisy at night due to trains and semis but nothing crazy.

This house was perfect for our one night stay. 2 Adults and 2 children (mother daughter weekend). We saw shows at the Eagle Theatre and the Honeywell Theatre. Being able to walk to to venues was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean. The set up was great for our group too. Our girls loved the loft beds. I also appreciate all neutral and matching bed linens. The fireplace kept the January night warm. Overall we were very comfortable and felt safe in this house.
The stairs were narrow. This was not a problem for us but could be for some.

it was very clean and cute. easy to locate. the living room with the fireplace was so cozy.
stairs were a bit unsafe feeling, felt like a couple need replaced. water pressure in shower was not very good. had a little trouble with the fireplace going out and not coming back on. Little pricey
