Charming home, very clean, and perfect location

This house was perfect for our one night stay. 2 Adults and 2 children (mother daughter weekend). We saw shows at the Eagle Theatre and the Honeywell Theatre. Being able to walk to to venues was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean. The set up was great for our group too. Our girls loved the loft beds. I also appreciate all neutral and matching bed linens. The fireplace kept the January night warm. Overall we were very comfortable and felt safe in this house.

The stairs were narrow. This was not a problem for us but could be for some.

Wonderful, should definitely rent again!

Very neat and clean. Good size! Very nicely renovated! Large kitchen, loved having a washer/dryer. Two very large TV’s that worked great.

The stairs were a little small and tight! An elderly person would not be able to climb them. There is only one bedroom. The second area with two twin beds is more like an open loft.

Nice place but bedding needs major improvements

It is a nice size and a good central location in Wabash

The beds. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Admittedly I was an adult using the twin. But the mattress material and pillows were highly wanting. This is the first time we used the pull out bed downstairs and my BIL and Sister were stove up and claimed it was like sleeping on a ladder

So very clean, nicely decorated, comfortably furnished, and reasonably priced! Amenities were appreciated - the snacks, cold bottled waters.

The bathtub was somewhat dangerous - slippery, needs a mat or rougher surface. The 9th step on staircase seems very weak. Supply a fly swatter as a pesky fly got inside when we moved in! 😂

My family and I went to Indiana for my college graduation, and the home was not far from the college and other attractio

Very clean, location was close to other places, and it felt homey! Owner was very nice and responded quickly! The coffee bar and snacks were a great welcoming touch!

The pull out bed was not very comfortable, but it’s not enough for me to say I disliked the property, and also the temperature in the house was a bit chilly in the early/late evening. I spoke with the owner and he explained it was part of the Google Nest and how it was energy efficient. It made sense, but I suggest if you are staying in the spring and it’s chilly, to bring some warm clothes to wear in the evening/night. These suggestions are not to where I would not like the property, just some FYI :)

bathroom too far from bedroom for my personal needs and hideaway bed did not accommodate my needs for sleeping well.

The owners had snacks on the counter. Great Farmers Market 2 blocks away on Sat. Great location, but a few of the houses around us weren't kept up. The owners were great, messaged my wife several times to make sure everything was good. They did so without being intrusive.
