This building will give you a truly one of a kind stay. The whole stand alone brick building, with off street parking included, will all be yours for the duration of your stay. Newly updated and remodeled, the brick building is a unique place for an overnight stay or a fun space for hosting gatherings. The building will also serve as a special overnight stay if visiting Fort Wayne. Inside you will find a double BUNN coffee maker, airfryer/microwave, a hot plate, and a toaster. We are conveniently located just minutes from Promenade Park and all that downtown Fort Wayne has to offer, the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, and a family friendly Franklin Park. A short walk away is Fortlandia, microbrewery, Kroger, and Fort Wayne Famous Tom's Donuts. Traveling is convenient since I-69 is only a couple miles away. There is a patio just across the street for your enjoyment as well, which includes a fire pit, grill, and fire table.
