Enjoyed the house. Nice older middle class neighborhood. A little rough around the edges -- front door needs replaced, for example, but considering the price not a big dealLiving area is welcoming. Nice furniture, nice TV.Bedrooms were also Plenty of room in the master and a large walk in closet. Bedding was comfortable. Kitchen: not much to complain about, has all the necessities. Maybe missing an air fryer if I'm being picky?Communication with the property manager was a little slow, or maybe I wasn't using the most direct method (?). Again, not a big deal, just not as I would have liked.Would gladly stay here again.Overall a pleasant stay. 9/10

First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there Any and Every Time We go to visit Kokomo!

This house is in a good neighborhood and cute inside. However, if you allergic to smoke this house has definitely been smoked in previously. I can smell smoke in this house and was not pleased. We did not stay and the property manager still has not called us back and I saw today only partial refund which I am not happy about since we did NOT stay and could not stay since I am allergic to smoke. This should have been Full Refund! Not happy this was not disclosed and even spoke to neighbors that said they have been working to get the smoke smell remediated but still is not taken care off. If you don’t have a problem with smoke this would be a great house to stay in but with 2 younger kids Personally No Way!

My family couldn’t be more impressed with Kokomo’s Mini Manor! We were in town for a family funeral & what was a sad, emotional weekend was made so much more pleasant by having a clean, cozy home to come back to. Emma has been so thoughtful in every detail. The home is absolutely *spotless*, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked w/ everything you could need, and some sweet extras - we came in to a basket of snacks (my kids were so excited about that, haha!) bottled waters, sweet devotionals & there were coffee & hot cocoa goodies for the keurig. There are games in the living room, laundry essentials, & extra bedding should you need it. We have stayed in *many* VRBO’s traveling with family, at least twice per year - this is the cleanest most comfortable stay we’ve ever had! You can tell Emma has worked hard to restore the home & make it a clean, comfortable place for others to stay - she also very sweetly extended our checkout a bit so we could meet family for breakfast before leaving. She’s an absolutely fantastic hostess & I can guarantee that others who stay in Kokomo’s Mini Manor, will enjoy it just as much as we did!
