Great location. Can easily walk to Honeywell Center and the historical downtown Wabash. We also enjoyed walking to the Farmer's Market Saturday morning. The house is old, but nicely renovated. The floors are uneven in places. The beds are comfortable. The owners were very responsive.

We had an initial technical hiccup upon our arrival but the hosts took care of the situation immediately. Very nicely laid out apartment; clean, cozy, abundant accoutrements. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent the apartment again.

This is our second stay here as it is close to Indiana Wesleyan where our daughters compete in a track meet. In addition, the location is perfect for a stroll to Modoc’s coffee and other little shops in downtown Wabash. The kitchen table is great for family games. Only negatives this trip were that we did hear the upstairs neighbors a bit, especially early in the morning. And one of the shower heads was clogged so the pressure wasn’t the best. Our host said he would look into that. They are very good communicators and provide a nice coffee selection, bottled water, and snacks. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are clean. It is also well stocked with body soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dish soap etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will stay again if the girls make it to Nationals again!

It was clean! Communication with owners was always quick and answered any Q's! Roomy, plenty of utensils! Even had a few snacks, water, coffee makings right there, in case you forget yours!! We booked this for a concert we went to just up the street actually (Honeywell Center) and even though the temps were QUITE frigid during our stay lol we still walked it, and was no problem!! I hight recommend this house and Kyle & Aubrey are great hosts!!! Thank You!!

We love visiting Wabash but sometimes find staying with our extended families can be cramped. This house was a great option for us. This house has a large kitchen with all the amenities. The living room was spacious and comfortable as well. We enjoyed walking to our favorite spots downtown and being within minutes of all our extended family. We will definitely stay again!

This farmhouse apartment is a great place to stay. It was perfect for our stay, very clean, plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog. The location is great, close to parks, the river and downtown. All within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and Kyle and Aubrey were great hosts!

This is a great place to stay, clean plenty of room, did not feel cramped at all. We had 3 adults & 4 children ages 11-17. We all could be in kitchen and living room at one time. Nice to have xtra bathroom too. Also the xtras touches with shampoo available & towels & having a snack basket and coffee & creamer available. Also nice to have a washer and dryer available also. The location was great for us. We were from two differerent states visiting family near by and so nice to find a place we all could stay. We are familiar with the wabash area, there is a lot to do and see. When contacting owner about a question they were so fast to respond. We will not hesitate to stay or refer other people & family to stay here. We also saw there is apartment to rent and small house which is nice if more family would come we would all be close by. We would stay again.

Accommodations were clean and comfy, loved Wabash. We hiked a few waterfall locations, biked the Riverview trail, and this Market Street Vrbo location was the perfect hub for our trip to view the eclipse in totality. We would stay there again if in the area.

Very close to downtown shops and Market Street Grille, Twenty, Charlie Creek Inn, Modoc’s coffee, Honeywell Center. Whole house if absolutely lovely! Huge kitchen! 3 pretty big bedrooms with flatscreen TVs. 2 bathrooms stocked with shower supplies- great towels. Large living area with lots of room to sit. And another TV and an electric fireplace that was nice and toasty! Lots of waters stocked in the fridge. Very very clean. We loved it!

Wabash was a halfway point for us to meet up with sister and brother-in-law from Cincinnati. Had delicious dinner at the Garden Grill and then enjoyed a show at The Honeywell venue. Great three bedroom two bath apartment. Easy access with a memory keypad door lock set just for us by the owner. Nicely set up kitchen. Easy walk to downtown Wabash and the Honeywell Center. Enjoyed our 5-night stay.
