Split is a very nice city and the accomodation is a bit off the center, about 20 minutes walking. A very nice Restaurant, Babilon, is close by and it is important to have.
Parking is not included.

We only stayed at Seven Seas for one night, but it was absolutely perfect, and we wish we could have stayed more! The location was a 10 minute walk to old town, the parking, 15e, was secure, and our room was very modern and comfortable. In addition, we had a balcony, which was lovely to sit on after our busy day at Old Town. The breakfast area was very clean, and the selection of food, from eggs, meats, cheeses, pastry, fruits, veggies, cereal and yogurt was plentiful.
Not a thing, it was perfect!

Incredible location just a 10 minute walk to the old city center (Diocletians Palace). Very modern room with an awesome bathroom (rain shower head). Staff was very nice and recommended an excellent pizzeria nearby in the old town. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and authentically Croatian.
A bit tricky to enter the driveway to park in the rear of the building. Larger cars and wagons might struggle.
