Ana and her team were amazing! our flight was delayed and still she was there to meet us, with a smile suggestion for a late dinner and anything we needed. She made our stay even more special than the actual space which was amazing

Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and AC was very powerful and quiet.

I liked the location it was further away from the main area of old town but it was convenient enough to walk to at the end of the day, which allowed it to be much more quiet. Just be prepared to climb some hills to get your steps in! Anna was wonderful and was patient enough to tell us details of where to go and where to visit. Any time we had questions she responded ASAP and arranged taxis for us to and from the airport and was willing to arrange taxis for us to other locations. She even gave us free vouchers to breakfast to one of the fanciest restaurants in Split!
If you have large luggage the one set of stairs to the rooms can be annoying, but that was the main downside.
