The check in was very easy and the apartment was very clean. This property was very spacious for a 1 bedroom, but beds and couches are all particle board meaning the creak with every movement and seem very flimsy. Also it is close to a metro, but it is not a very active neighborhood, nor close to landmarks.

The location is good and the check-in process smooth, however the flat is uncomfortable as the beds are quite bad (all single beds, uncomfortable and very noisy at the slightest movement). The living room/kitchen has no sofa, only 2 beds plus dining table, and is very dark even during the day. Bathroom and shower are good. Terrace looks nice but with Hamburg weather, may not be super useful most of the year...

Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs. Das bedeutet, dass die auf den Fotos sichtbaren Sofas als Betten hergerichtet sind und es außer den Stühlen keine Sitzgelegenheit gibt. Die Wohnung war sauber, allerdings könnte man auch mal die Spinnweben im oberen Drittel entfernen. Die Betten/Sofas Knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Nach Einbau eines neuen Tores ist die Tiefgarageneinfahrr für eine Familienkutsche nur noch mit einem Einweiser nutzbar. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg nehmen wir eine andere Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, wenn man Hamburg erkunden möchte und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Rückzugsort braucht. Es ist alles in der Nähe (u.a. S-Bahn, Bäcker, Restaurants, Edeka). Alles war sehr sauber und der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme.

Sehr gute Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Die Raumeinteilung und Ausstattung waren gut, allerdings war nicht ausreichend Besteck vorhanden und beide Nachttischlampen konnten praktisch nicht genutzt werden, da die Halterungen kaputt waren. Die Terrasse war prima aber leider fehlten Sitzpolster für die Bestuhlung.

Wir haben hier einen erholsamen 10 tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zentral mit hervorragender Anbindung an ÖPNV und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Appartement hatte alles was man für ein langes Wochenende benötigt. Sauber, aufgeräumt, die Küche ausreichend mit Geräten versorgt. Im ersten Moment vermittelt es etwas Kühle durch die vielen weißen Flächen. Ist aber OK. Die Terrasse benötigt Pflege, ist aber trotzdem gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Obwohl in der Nähe eine 4-spurige Hauptstraße entlang führt, hört man aber nichts davon. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist toll, max. 4 Min zu Fuß trotz Ampel zur Bus / U-Bahn; zu Fuß 15 min bis zur Reeperbahn. Supermarkt max. 5 Min ( weil 2 Ampeln !!) entfernt. Die "Neue Flora" ist direkt nebn dem Supermarkt. Summe: Toll und für ein langes Wochenende perfekt

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, zurück gesetzt von der Hauptstraße. Es war ruhig,da wir zum Wochenende angereist sind, über der Wohnung ist eine Zahnarztpraxis. Die Terrasse ist ungepflegt mit all den Sträuchern. Sitzauflagen haben wir nicht gefunden. Im Schlafzimmer sind 3 Einzelbetten. Teelöffel müssten mal aufgefüllt werden, es gab nur noch 2 ! Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad ist vollkommen ok. Waren nur zum Schlafen da. Garage ist etwas entfernt von der Wohnung ca 150 Meter und eng. Größer als T-Roc geht nicht.

Wir hatten ein schönes langes WE an dem wir viel gesehen haben, ohne das Auto aus der Tiefgarage zu holen. Reeperbahn in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bus und Bahn in 3 Minuten. Optimal, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen weiter!

Es war ruhig, es war sauber, es war mitten drin. Obwohl wir erst Bedenken wegen der großen Straße hatten, war es sehr ruhig. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und konnten von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Da sie in zweiter Reihe liegt, hört man nichts von der vierspurigen Straße. Sie war sauber und als besonders angenehm haben wir empfunden, dass die Betten schon frisch bezogen waren, frische Handtücher darauf lagen, ein Trockentuch, Lappen, Bürste, Spülmittel sowie Tabs da waren. In der Küche findet man alle Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht. Toll war auch, dass das Fenster zur Terrasse abzuschließen war (kindersicher). Wir hatten im Vorfeld viel Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns immer schnell geantwortet hat und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Diese sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 5 Personen, die alle auf bequemen Betten schlafen können - sie ist geräumig und sauber. Sie befindet sich in einem Geschäftshaus, am Wochenende und am Abend ist es absolut ruhig. Die S-Bahn ist sehr nah (2Min). Es ist sehr viel Geschirr vorhanden, sodass die Spülmaschine nur selten genutzt werden muß. Einzig der Tiefgaragenplatz ist nicht direkt im Haus und die Zufahrt sher eng - Fahrkönnen ist erfolderlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schönes Objekt an für mich guter Lage. 10 Gehminuten zum Kiez. Und trotzdem hat man hier seine Ruhe. 3 Richtige Betten in einem Zimmer und. Schlafsofas im WHZ/Küche. Ich empfehle Max erwachsene Personen. Plus Max 2 Kinder. Cooles Bad mit schöner Bodenheizung. Kinderbetreuung ist auch vorhanden. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. PS: die Terasse ist bei Nässe wirklich arsch Glatt. Es hatte nicht mal geregnet bei uns aber trotzdem. Aufpassen wenn es feucht ist. Und ein Fön wär nicht schlecht fürs nächste mal. :D

Die Wohnung ist wirklich TIPTOP! Sauber, geräumig (genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene Personen), sehr ruhig( trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zur Hauptverkehrsstraße) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage (ca. 20Min. Fußweg zur Reeperbahn) Allerdings ist die Parksituation eher schlecht gelöst, da der angemietete Stellplatz schräg gegenüber der Wohnung(über die Hauptstraße) in einer sehr engen und ziemlich versteckten Tiefgarage liegt (ca. 3 Min. Fußläufig). Aber ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Wohnung war in Ordnung. Groß und soweit alles da, was man braucht. Die Tiefgarage ist leider recht umständlich zugänglich, da Einfahrt sehr schmal, und etwas weiter weg gelegen. Die Terrasse ist schön, könnte aber etwas gepflegter bzw ansprechender gestaltet sein in Bezug auf die Begrünung. Sinst aber alles gut.
