'Sea view 10'. Our apartment is located near the beach and the Baltic Sea. A relaxing and unforgettable holiday is guaranteed!

The bright and modern apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds and additional TV.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils, so you can let your cooking free rein.
Also in our wellness bath no wishes remain open. Leave the worries of everyday life behind and spend soothing moments in the whirlpool, under the spa shower or in the sauna - that is pure relaxation!
On the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine and a unique view of the sea!
The apartment is on the 2nd Upstairs. The balcony faces southeast.
Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Küchen-Ausstattung sollte mal erneuert werden (z.B. nur zerkratzte Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine total schleimig innen).
Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt.
Bei der üppigen Einrichtung und den tollen Ausstattungen (Whirlpool, Sauna) sind wir irgendwie auch von einem W-Lan ausgegangen, was leider nicht vorhanden war (steht aber auch im Inserat, wer lesen kann ist daher klar im Vorteil ;-) )
Dies könnte man noch aufrüsten, jedoch hat man auch ohne einen super Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer guten Lage im zweiten Stock, sodass man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer hatte. Leider mangelt es in der Wohnung an Sauberkeit (gammeliger Duschschlauch, Sand im Whirlpool, rostig dreckige Klobürstenhalterung, dreckiges Geschirr,...). Des Weiteren fehlte es an einigen Dingen, die zur Grundausstattung gehören sollten, wie z. B. Spülmittel oder Seife im Bad. Einige Gegenstände könnten erneuert werden. Das Kinderbett beispielsweise war zwar vorhanden und funktionsfähig, jedoch in einem unsauberen und kaputten Zustand (offene Nähte und ein kaputter Reißverschluss).
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für Kinder gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergaben waren unkompliziert und die Verwaltung jederzeit zu erreichen.
