'Möwennest 7'. Our beautiful new apartment is located in the house Möwennest in Strandpark Großenbrode.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

Our domicile has a master bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. In the nursery, bedroom and living room satellite TV is available. The bright living / dining area with fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings television or games that are in nice weather like can move on to the balcony. A high chair is available. In the fully equipped open kitchen cooking together is fun, because for rinsing integrated dishwasher responsible! In addition, you can find a Senseokaffeepad machine and a kettle ago.
A nice bathroom with shower, small footstool and washing machine is of course available.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor. The balcony faces east.

Furthermore, part of the apartment a small lockable storage room in the outdoor area where they can easily store their bicycles and other things safely.

Schöne Erholung

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Top Lage. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges Manko war der Balkon der durch die nistenden Schwalbe recht dreckig war und nicht zum verweilen einlud. Trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen!

Sehr sauber, tolle Wohnung, vollkommen ausreichend für einen Urlaub mit 4 Personen. Einziger Kritikpunkt das Sofa und die Sessel sind etwas unbequem.

Eigentlich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der kompletten Abwicklung. Dennoch gibt es 2 Kritikpunkte. Das Sofa und die Sessel sind durch die niedrige Lehne sehr unbequem (auch mal an ältere Gäste denken) und das Internet des Anbieters Snellstar ist eine Zumutung! Loggt sich öfter mal aus, gibt Fehlermeldungen aus und ist sehr langsam. Smartphone ging einigermaßen, Notebook mit Win 10 pro eine einzige Katastrophe und am Tablet mit Android 6 war keine Verbindung möglich. Letztes Jahr waren wir in Wolkenlos 5, da funktionierte alles hervorragend auf den gleichen Geräten. Ansonsten, dickes Lob, es ist problemlos zu buchen und die Objekte sind sehr empfehlenswert. Es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr sauber, danke dafür!

Großenbrode immer wieder

Objekt liegt super in der Nähe vom Strand und der Promenade. Wir würden wieder kommen. Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet. Alles da. Das untere Doppelstockbett für Teenager ist leider fast schon zu niedrig und wir hatten arge Wlan-Probleme, was natürlich die Eltern weniger stört. An einigen Balkons war Schutz vor Schwalbennestern angebracht. Wir hatten leider immer wieder Schwalbendreck und sehr verschmutze Balkongeländer. Ebenfalls könnte das WC sauberer bei Anreise sein (WC Stein wäre empfehlenswert) und das nötige Putzzubehör wie Besen und Staubsauger (täglich Sand durch Strand) könnte ausgetauscht werden. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Familienfreundlich und nah am Strand

Wir waren sehr erfreut über die schöne Lage der Wohnung und der Strandnähe. Strand ist sauber und nicht voll gewesen. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Ein Hafen ist auch in der Nähe sowie ein Natur Erlebnis Pfad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind an der Promenade gegeben sowie ausserhalb auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Essenslokale sind auf der Promenade genug vorhanden nur über vorherige Reservierung. Urlaub werden wir da nächstes Jahr auch machen.

Gepflegte gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Fahrstuhl. Ein paar Plissees zumindest vor den Fenstern der beiden Schlafzimmer wären jedoch schön, da ansonsten die Vorhänge immer geschlossen bleiben müssen um für umgebende Gäste nicht ständig wie auf dem Präsentierteller zu sein.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Außer der Senseo Maschine gibt es auch noch eine normale Filter-Kaffemaschine. Check-In und Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Waschmaschine war ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zu unserer Zeit hatten wir noch etwas Baulärm vom Bau eines neuen Hotels. Das war zeitweise etwas nervig aber wir konnten es verkraften. Das einzige war noch zu kritisieren ist, dass die Wohnung in wärmeren Tagen sehr schnell aufheizt. Durch die vielen Glasfronten war es schon vormittags sehr warm. Es gibt zwar Vorhänge aber im Wohnbereich wären dickere Vorhänge empfehlenswert. Wir waren zum Glück nicht im Hochsommer dort. Ansonsten kommen wir gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich und ideal für 4 Personen, alles da was man braucht. Der Strand ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Bäcker, Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles um die Ecke. Das Aktivhaus bietet Spielmöglichkeiten für die kleinen. Heiligenhafen und Fehmarn sind schnell erreichbar. Einziges Manko, der Baustellenlärm beginnt früh um 7 Uhr und ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Der einzige kleine Negativpunkt war die Baustelle in der Nähe. Die Bauarbeiten fingen morgens um 7 Uhr an, dann konnten wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen.
