About this apartment rental
"Strandperle 10 - Ostseestern". Our lovingly furnished apartment "Ostseestern" is located on the second floor of the house "Strandperle" in Strandpark Großenbrode. with wonderful sea view. Only a few meters separate you from the beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea.

Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
In two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable double beds you will be able to easily sleep until you are fully rested and balanced. The most impressive is the imposing wellness oasis, where you can forget your surroundings and relax with countless hours for two with romantic candlelight. Either a soothing bath in the jacuzzi, a soothing sauna or a hot shower, no matter what you choose, then you will not be the same person again!
Start the day with a nice, relaxed breakfast on the balcony with a unique view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the fresh sea air and let the warm sun shine on your skin.
After an eventful day or long beach walks, we recommend that you relax in the sauna from the stress of everyday life and treat your body well deserved rest.
Our kitchen is equipped with the most important cooking accessories, so you can let your cooking free rein.
From the cozy dining area, which offers plenty of seating, you also have a wonderful view of the sea.
In the living area there is a wood-burning stove, which is ideal in colder seasons to end the day with a good cup of tea or a glass of red wine.
For common entertainment for the whole family are enough board games for young and old. Books for children and adults are also sufficiently available.
The apartment is on the 2nd Upstairs. The balcony is oriented to the south-east.
During your stay there is a bicycle storage available.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.
Beim Bezug fanden wir eine sehr saubere Wohnung vor. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt.
Einen zusätzlichen Punkt gibt es für den Wäscheservice.

Wir besuchten zum 2. Mal diese Wohnung.
Leider hatten wir dieses mal das Glück nicht auf unserer Seite.
Der Whirlpool war defekt und konnte trotz Handwerkerbesuch nicht repariert werden.
Zwar gibt es eine kleine Gutschrift vom Eigentümer, dennoch ist der Pool ein konkretes Auswahlkriterium für unseren Aufenthalt gewesen.
An 2 von 4 Morgen wurden leider ab 8Uhr vor dem Gebäude laute Gartenarbeiten vollzogen, was ein Ausschlafen unmöglich machte und die Erholung trübte. Dafür kann natürlich der Eigentümer nichts, dennoch sollte man überlegen in so einer Ferienanlage das ganze grundsätzlich etwas später durchführen zu lassen. Und am 3. Morgen hatten wir uns bereit erklärt, den Handwerker einzulassen, was ein gemütliches Ausschlafen auch wieder nicht möglich machte.
Des Weiteren gab es hier und da einige Mängel mit der zuvor durchgeführten Reinigung. Unter der Abzugshaube z.B. lief altes Fett lang und im Schlafzimmer waren am Schrank deutliche Fett-Handabdrücke.
Die Kissenbezüge auf der Couch rochen sehr unangenehm modrig und scheinen lange nicht gereinigt worden zu sein.
Schwierig ist generell in der gesamten Wohnanlage, dass man bis 10Uhr abreisen soll. Das macht ein entspanntes Frühstücken fast unmöglich, das die Wohnung ja besenrein hinterlassen werden soll und sicher niemand um 6 Uhr am letzten Urlaubstag aufstehen will, um einen Geschirrspülgang zu schaffen.
Positiv zu benennen ist definitiv der Ausblick und das die Wohnung grundsätzlich sehr gemütlich eingerichtet wurde. Wenn denn alles funktioniert und gerade keine Garten- Landschaftsarbeiten durchgeführt werden, kann man ein paar schöne ruhige Tage hier verbringen.
