Welcome to Apartment 3 in Bellevue B!
You can’t get any closer to the sea: Enjoy your vacation in the first row of buildings, right on the beautiful promenade—newly built in 2020—along the fine-sand South Beach of Großenbrode.
From the terrace, you have a direct view across the newly landscaped dune landscape to the sea and the 300-meter-long pier.
The 38-square-meter apartment, decorated in warm colors and accommodating up to 4 Baltic Sea vacationers, consists of a hallway, a small shower room, a separate bedroom, a storage room, and a living room with a kitchenette.
The bedroom, which features a skylight, is furnished with two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and a dresser.
The shower room, which also features a skylight, includes a shower with a shower tray, an illuminated mirror cabinet with a power outlet, and a toilet.
The living area is furnished with a new sofa bed (sleeping surface 140 × 195 cm), two armchairs, a large TV (39 inches), a small closet for clothes and linens, and a dresser. The large window front with electric exterior blinds offers a magnificent view of the promenade, the dunes, and the sea.
The dining area comfortably seats four people for relaxing evenings enjoying a delicious meal or good conversation. The adjacent compact built-in kitchen features a stove with two burners, a sink, and a dishwasher. In the storage room across from it, you’ll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and additional storage space.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace: Thanks to its south-facing location, you can enjoy many hours of sunshine here from morning until early evening, watch people strolling along the new promenade that begins behind the lawn of the Bellevue houses, and see, hear, taste, and smell the wonderful, sparkling Baltic Sea.
You can park your car right in front of the building in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier forecourt. Here you’ll find approximately 33-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your stay on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.
You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters via the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a place to park. Bike racks are available at the buildings for your bicycles. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber nett eingerichtet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist direkt am Meer und somit unschlagbar. Auch die Agentur ist freundlich und bemüht.
Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht (verstopft durch Sand), was gerichtet wurde. Es besteht dringender Renovierungsbedarf...
