This cozy, lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people welcomes you into a small entryway from which the bathroom and the separate bedroom branch off.
In the nautically decorated bedroom, featuring a skylight that opens, you’ll find two single beds and a wardrobe with a large mirrored door, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.
The small, bright shower room, complete with a deep tub and a tilting skylight, has been modernized.
In the combined living, dining, and kitchen area, a small, well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop and sink is ready for use.
Enjoy your home-cooked meals, cozy game nights, or good conversations at the large dining table with a magnificent view of the dunes, the pier, and the sea.
The large, pull-out corner couch offers a cozy place to sleep for two additional guests.
Books, a stereo system, board games, and a flat-screen TV are available for your entertainment, as well as Wi-Fi.
The covered and furnished patio lets you enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. From here, it’s just a stone’s throw to the fine sandy beach behind the dunes, which were newly created in 2020. A well-maintained lawn separates your terrace from the new boardwalk, which features wooden walkways through the dunes and swivel sun loungers on the viewing platforms. Beach chair rentals and dining options are less than 300 meters away and will help make your vacation even more relaxing.
You can park your car right in front of the house in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier forecourt. Here you’ll find approximately 33-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your time on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.
You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a spot. Bike racks are available at the buildings for your bicycles. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage! Zum Entspannen ist es der perfekte Ort!

Die Lage , direkt an der Promenade, ist super. Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe, man hat keine weiten Wege. Das Sofa war uns zu hart aber wenn man kein Problem mit getrennten Betten hat, kann man in diesen bestimmt gut schlafen.
