We really enjoyed our stay in Salida! The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was nice to be a short walk from the river. We loved sitting outside, although the street is a bit loud and busy at times. The only downside was the very slow internet speed. We contacted the owner but never heard back. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. You can walk to restaurants and shops, and it's just around 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain to ski. The heated floors are incredible. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. The beds and couches are super comfortable. We loved staying here and enjoyed a couple of nice evenings with friends who were also staying in town. Unfortunately, despite our very low key gathering (both nights our friends came over for dinner and went home around 9pm!) some neighbors complained to the owner. So just understand that when the website says "no parties" they really mean no guests whatsoever. And if you use the firepit outside, plan to keep it really quiet, or you might get an angry message full of outlandish accusations like we did. The angry text from the owner really put a damper on our trip, but besides that, we absolutely loved our stay.

This property is extremely well thought out, new, clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you’ll need. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is also in a prime location. Whenever coming back through Salida, I’ll be hoping this property is available to rent!

This was the perfect house for our girls getaway! Everything was beyond expectation, clean, cute and comfortable. Perfect location close to all shops and restaurants in downtown Salida. Nicely done!
