Nice room / poor company

For the money you pay, I was disappointed with the level of service that this company provided. We booked one location and on the day of arrival the company decided to change the location with no explanation why. It's a small change but to spend nearly £200 for a one night stay and told you're in a different location without seeing what it looks like just adds unnecessary stress to the trip. Having to drop an £250 deposit on the room was also unwelcome. The staff were nice and friendly, the room was nice and spacious but the organisation running it needs improvement

Having to walk quarter of a mile with bags to collect my key and drop it off to check out. Ok I guess if I was driving but bit of a pain with suitcase and laptop bag.

Without doubt the worst place I have stayed in. Apartment was clean but looked very worn out. We were on 3rd floor at front of property. The apartment was cold and all the radiators had been turned off. The second bedroom had the bed with no headboard directly on window outside. The sash windows were not double glazed and might well have been not there as there was no protection from the constant noise outside. The road was very busy outside and was more like a race track for boy racers. On top of that busy road and heard arguments and everything kicking off outside. was 4 am before got to sleep with the constant noise outside. Would not stop here ever again and really is the worst place I have stayed at before.

Shame it smelt so bad!

The location is great but parking is a bit of a nightmare. It has what you need. But unfortunately it smelt like sewer. Paid for late checkout but no point it get very noisy from 6am

The smell of sewage which fills the whole place due to soaking wet carpet by the sink and washing machine. The shower has two choices scalding hot or freezing!! Customer service also nonexistent. The welcome book needs updating to current prices and WiFi instructions.

Unique appearance, is a listed Gloucester pub that has been converted into apartments. Location close to Gloucester Quays and short walk to town centre. Very limited parking, but perfect if you are able to get a space (which we did on the second night)

Greeted by police on arrival, due to another apartment in the block reporting a concern and the police mistaking us for raising it due to the main address/front door being the same for the whole building. Ground floor apartment (which was not apparent when booking), that had fire exit double doors that opened directly on to the street, which felt unsecure. Also being on street level and close to town you could hear rowdy passers-by late at night. Found hairs in the bed on arrival, but did not feel we could report as it was 23:00 at night. Some paint damage to several of the walls.

Lovely modern and perfect for the family

Exceptionally clean and modern. Had an amazing balcony/patio section. Large TV great for the family to have a quiet movie night. Very easy to find -located on the left of the hotel we had to get our key card from. Lovely receptionist at the hotel. Great amenities. Easy car park behind the flats - 1 minute walk

Skylight in our room did not have a blind so woke us up a tad bit earlier than we usually would.

Very uncomfortable stay due to lack of parking (as promised) and awful shower pressure/temperature

Good location to walk to the Docks area and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and washing machine seem to be well stocked but we did not need it.

Booked and paid for 4 guests but only given 3 towels. Shower water pressure was shocking (worse than the tap) and we essentially had a cold shower due to thermostat not working well. Overall looked clean but leftover bobby pin and plastic wrapper seen on floor in corridor. Promised free onsite parking but does not mention there are only 3-4 spots for 8-10 apartments (ie we didn't get a parking and had to go down the road to paid parking). Check in requires you to go down the road and pick up keys from another location before coming to actual apartment. Note 250 pound safety deposit required at check in.

1, Pre Authorisation £250 hold that the hotel imposes stating that the fee is not a charge and no funds are taken. Nonsense £250 has been taken from my account... I want this back ASAP! 2, Key card inconsistent and doesn't always work. A pain when you are on the top floor of some very narrow steep steps 3, Not sure how long the apartments have been open, but make it sure clear to guests where the block is and the room! 4, Room had no Velux blinds on the skylight window. Blinding light all night. Not great when you are working the next day and need a good sleep

i competed in a strongman comp and it was literally walking distance to the venue

photos make the place seem amazing in reality it’s average at best very worn out floor board are squeaky. location on a main road 3 flights of stairs no lift and you have to travel to a separate location to collect keys and it’s very confusing. Seperate deposits that is not mentioned on booking

The location was great with all the facilities of the dock area close by.

On first impressions the apartment was Modern and clean. However, on closer inspection and under the throw the sofa was shredded with some of the cushions not even belonging to the same sofa. There were patches on the wall by the door which transferred a dusty residue to your clothes if you brushed against them. We thought there was parking available on site however the confirmation said there was no parking so we paid for 24 hours parking in a nearby car park only to find there were eight parking spaces at the apartment. I would like to say that Alice in the check in reception was fantastic and offered us a late departure as compensation for paying for the car park. Unfortunately this was no benefit to us but thank you Alice for trying to be so accommodating.

The shower broke. So we were delayed in getting ready. To be fair they've fixed it relatively quickly.
