Very clean and comfortable. I was upgraded so I was staying in a flat that was very central but very quiet at night with excellent facilities.

For the money you pay, I was disappointed with the level of service that this company provided. We booked one location and on the day of arrival the company decided to change the location with no explanation why. It's a small change but to spend nearly £200 for a one night stay and told you're in a different location without seeing what it looks like just adds unnecessary stress to the trip.
Having to drop an £250 deposit on the room was also unwelcome.
The staff were nice and friendly, the room was nice and spacious but the organisation running it needs improvement
