Beautiful setting, amazing views, clean in general and Great communication with hosts although there were a couple of things that could be improved on. Maybe air con in at least 1 room in the villa to cool it down, being in the mountains was very very hot some days, we couldn’t cool the house down and fans were just blowing hot air around, unbearable of a night. The villa is in desperate need of a security gate of some sort, it is completely open where anyone at anytime can walk onto and into the property unless locking doors behind you, we had wild bore wondering around at the bottom of the steps and several times ramblers walking passed the steps upto the villa whilst passing through on their walk into the campo at the side. We did feel quite vulnerable up there therefore we were happy there were neighbours about. The electric did trip twice over night and we had to throw away around 70 worth of food in the fridge and freezer. This was raised with the owner who had an electrician out the same day. If these things were put in place we would probably request to stay there again but for us as a family we just felt it was too big of a security issue to want to stay again which is a shame because it is beautiful.

We had a lovely week at Villa Palma, the views are incredible and the pool is perfect. Plenty of different seating areas outside and a great internal space with good sized rooms. Well equipped kitchen. The town and beach resort of Gandia is 15-20 minutes drive, and the route is fairly windy on small rural roads as the villa is very secluded. Gandia is lively with a huge beach, lots of restaurants and beachside shops, a typical Spanish resort. Oliva beach is a smaller quieter beach 40 minutes away. The host is very helpful and responded to our queries almost immediately. We would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful relaxing holiday away from the hustle of the tourist resorts.

If you are looking for total relaxation this is the place you need to be. A rural environment in the middle of only orange trees with great views. The host is a huge help when needed.
