This new villa has its own swimming pool with fantastic terraces and private garden with stunning views of the mountains. On the ground floor there is a large lounge, dining area and modern kitchen together with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) and 2 bathrooms. It enjoys a quiet location within easy reach of the seaside, shops and wide selection of restaurants. This is the perfect villa for a holiday with your family or friends.

Spacious and well equipped Villa. Lovely pool which we all enjoyed! A nice cool outdoor space to eat and relax during the day. 25 minute journey to the beach and port. 20 minnutes drive to the historic town on Gandia and its amenities including supermarkets and restaurants.

We loved staying here, the property was clean, the rooms fairly modern and we had a great view of the mountain behind the villa.
Carmen and her father went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one, for instance warning us when the hiking area was off limits due to the hunt.
Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this villa, complete with nice sized pool, well equipped kitchen and outdoor area with bbq. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well. The secenery and sunset are truly mesmerizing. Are you a hiker? Check out the trails that are nearby. Do you like the beach? Take a short drive to Gandia and check out the beach and fishrestaurants.

This house has all the facilities you need for a quiet break away from it all with the benefit of fabulous woodland and mountain views on the doorstep.
It has a nice pool area, bbq plenty of outdoor furniture plus 3 bathrooms.
If you like hiking their are some nice trails off into the mountains.
We also used it as a base for days out in valencia which was about 45 minutes drive.
