appartement conforme à la description. Un rafraichissement serait bienvenu; Malheureusement ascenseur en panne toute la semaine; 7 étages en arrivant au parking avec les valises, les courses....vous hésitez de sortir surtout quand vous souffrez de maladie cardiaque; Séjour gâché du fait de cette problématique

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon. Sehr komfortabel ist auch der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz und der Aufzug.
Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal renoviert werden. Es stehen sehr viele private Dinge herum. Die Toilette hat kein Fenster oder eine adäquate Entlüftung. Leider nur drei Sterne. Schade.
