Generally most things were good
The building was draughty the boiler had problems And finally the light outside the door to lions den was not working making it hard to see to get key in lock

Cosy flat with everything we needed.
Every room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.
Kitchen was well equipped, nice big shower in the bathroom.
Comfy sofa in the lounge with a range of DVDs to watch on a rainy day.
Free wi-fi.
Grocery store close by, only a couple of minutes walk, also 2/3 takeaways - Italian food with chippy and 2 Chinese. The main shopping street with Sainsbury's, restaurants, cafes and more takeaways was only a little further - 5 or 6 minute walk.
Good location : bus stop nearby for buses to Cloch Road, ferry terminal and Largs. Opposite, bus stop for Greenock and Glasgow.
Not far from Gourock railway station and main ferry terminal.
Everything was great !
We didn't know how to access normal tv channels like BBC or STV or get freeview/ netflix but we aren't so young and tech-savvy, so probably obvious to others !
