Excellent location. Nice touch of having the heating on when we arrived as most places don’t do this. Also a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge on arrival.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay Keek Oot. The property was exceptionally clean, and welll decorated. Everything you could think off is thoughtfully provided and more, making the time there incredibly pleasant, restful and stress free. The location was absolutely superb, Kempock St has numerous restaurants and shops all within a short walk. I would highly recommend this delightful accommodation and would have no hesitationin rebooking in the future. Thank you Iain and Ellen.

Very convenient location. Flat was immaculate, nicely decorated and comfortable. The thoughtful extra touches were very nice. The owner went above and beyond when I accidentally locked myself out, and did so with good humour too, which was much appreciated.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Very comfortable flat, had all the amenities necessary. Even a small amount of cleaning supplies.
Hard to find, the stairs to the flat were unsafe and old. The key safe was really difficult to use, the neighbour had to help me.
