Lage (gute Erreichbarkeit mit ÖPNV, Läden und nette Restaurants in der Nähe), die Ruhe (im Hinterhaus), die sehr durchdachte und gute Ausstattung der Wohnung (auch in der Küche ist wirklich an alles Wichtige gedacht, Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Besteck etc.), die Sauberkeit. Und ein großes Plus: die Ansprechpartnerin im Nachbarhaus. Wir waren zudem während einer sehr heißen Zeit in Wien, die Temperatur näherte sich der 40 Grad-Marke - und die Wohnung war und blieb kühl, ganz ohne Klimagerät.
Im Bad wären ein paar Haken hilfreich. Und die Sitzgarnitur im Hof war ein bisschen sperrig und überdimensioniert. Ansonsten war wirklich alles bestens!

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, without noisy neighbors, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated, we have no complaints, except for the two below.
The only small problem was that the sink filled with water when the tap was turned on hard. There is a heating unit in the kitchen that makes noise when it is turned on.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Hinterhof des Wohnhauses. Es gibt keine unmittelbaren Wohnungsnachbarn, was sehr angenehm ist. Der Außenbereich sieht sehr ansprechend aus. Die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz kostengünstig zu erhalten war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Ein Zimmer hat keine Außenfenster, was aber bereits auf den Fotos und dem Grundriss zu erkennen war. Das war OK für uns.
