Vienna Stay Apartments Pezzl 1170

On arrival I could nicely settle into the spacious and clean, rather freshly renovated appartment with good minimalistic feel and good climate too. The check-in was without personal contact, but it worked smoothly also for my late arrival.

1) The impersonal standard e-mail communication was too long, was just a standard copy action, and did not consider earlier communication properly - creating some confusion on my end now and then. 2) The late-check-in option via door-code and key-lock-box worked nicely, but the info about existence was wrong on booking.com, and also in the communication, it said "not possible" even though I had to confirm by phone that it is possible, thus consider updating. 3) The equipment of the apartment contained all appliances I could wish for, but there are a few things to consider, like 3a) dishwashing equipment existed, thanks; 3b) no washing machine powder (would have been appreciated to have 1 or 2 doses, I wont buy a full pack for 1 wash!); 3c) the internet router behind a metal door makes no sense, why not place it properly? 3d) especially for clients arriving late night, and on Sunday, a few minimal welcome supply would be nice (like: a few pads of coffee for the Nescafe machine (I left some for the next client), things which I cannot not buy on Sunday! a bit of tea (even though I brought my own this time); a bottle opener and cork-screwer; think of leaving some type of instructions (where to dispose of plastics?), eg info about nearby shops and waste separation, also 2-3 small bins (paper, plastic, other) instead of only 1 big one in kitchen).

The space, the amenities, in general it was a great stay

Just 1 tiny issue, i would have really really really wished there were at least 1 or 2 laundry pods provided with the laundry machine. Like every grocery sells so many laundry pods together, and for most stays you will probably only use the laundry once or twice. Therefore, buying laundry pods just becomes really wasteful and I dont like that.

Overall satisfying, without major flaws, but also without any additional goodness. Commercial Classics

Big room, great AC. Very new and modern. Good instructions. Good value for money.

The sheets smelled damp and the shower flooded until i cleaned the drain. The worst is the bed though. I have never slept on such a soft mattress - it was not pleasant. Please change to a firmer one! Ground floor, so lots of people passing by.
