Appartement très spacieux et très fonctionnel (machine à laver de 5kg, matelas comfortables), L'immeuble et la porte d'entrée sont magnifiques (des années 1904), c'est correctement propre et il y a du matériel de base (savan, liquide lave-linge et vaisselle)
Des alèzes imperméables pourraient être ajoutées sur les matelas. Le système de ventilation ramène le samedi soir les odeurs de cannabis de l'appartement du dessous. Le camion de livraison du Billa en face fait parfois un peu de bruit à 5h du matin, pour les petits dormeurs, il faut prévoir des boules quies.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der U-Bahnhaltestelle der U3, Hütteldorfer Straße. Weiterhin befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern oder 2 Pärchen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Der Wasserdruck könnte stärker sein, war aber noch in Ordnung, ist halt ein sehr schönes, jedoch auch schon älteres Haus. Die Heizung war so eingestellt, dass es abends angenehm warm war, über Nacht kühlte es etwas aus. War aber auch noch okay.

Appartement 13. L'emplacement par rapport au métro U3 et au supermarché Billa (250m), le prix.
Le lave vaisselle ne lave pas très bien. Peu de matériel de cuisine et la sdb pas super. Et surtout le bruit des camions de livraison dans la rue lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes, quand il fait chaud, mais le propriétaire n'y peut rien.

Great location, walking distance to Schonbrunn, direct subway to city center. Supermarket, bakery, fastfood restaurants close to appartment. Appartment in old building, no luxury but has all you need for sleep-over while exploring the city.
The smell of smoke. Previous tenant did not respect the smoking ban. Unpleasant for us.
