Spectacular 10th floor direct ocean front condo in Opus! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge balcony, and over 2000 square feet of space. Pool and hot tub (Shared association amenities) overlooking the ocean, incredible views of the ocean, the Halifax River, and the Daytona International Speedway. There is a mini-golf course directly across the street, and a Winn Dixie Grocery Store just a block to the south. Very close to Downtown Daytona Beach and the Boardwalk, as well as the Sunglow Pier, Ponce Inlet and so much more. An hour drive to Orlando, Disney and the other theme parks. Beautiful day trips to the north and south on A1A, so much to do and you'll be in the heart of all of it!
Fully stocked kitchen, all linens and towels provided, just bring your clothes and your toothbrush and you'll be good to go! Beach toys and beach chairs are also provided!
Please note that Homeaway/VRBO sometimes incorrectly say that this unit is part of the Towers Grande property. It is not. It is located in Opus.
A note to return renters : The condo underwent a complete remodel in 2020 with new floors, new paint throughout, new furniture, new fixtures, new appliances and more!

we have stayed in several opus condos so know and love the location. the beach view and proximity can’t be beat! recommend for a relaxing and refreshing week away from home:) manager and owner communications were great from booking to chekout.

This was our second time staying in this unit (3rd time at the Opus) and we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room, very clean, and the best view! No complaints. I could definitely see us coming back again!

This condo was very nice. However, the listing stated the pool deck MAY be closed, which led me to believe the pool would still be available. The listing showed beautiful pictures of the pool and hot tub. My klds were looking forward partially to the ocean, and primarily to the pool. I found out the pool had been out of service for two years. I think the ad should have read the pool itself is closed and is not expected to be opened until a certain date. I would have booked somewhere else. They are working on it but I have no idea when it will be available. I tired to cut my trip short for a partial refund to get a place with a pool for my kids but the owner would not allow it. I am grateful my family was able to spend valuable time together. We enjoyed the privacy, view and pool table. Ice cream and restaurants are very close.
