Inside, wood-beamed ceilings, tile flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and updated baths create a refined alpine feel, while the open living and dining area centers around a striking stone wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). Two sliding glass doors open to a spacious balcony with views of Mt. Crested Butte and Washington Gulch, and thoughtful extras like a boot dryer, generous closets, and quality furnishings make this a comfortable home base for year-round adventure just steps from trails and ski access.
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS

• Near West Wall Lift with beginner-friendly access
• Approximately one mile to the resort base area for rentals, dining, and après ski
• Less than a 10-minute drive to historic downtown Crested Butte
• Free San Moritz shuttle service during ski season

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Indoor hot tub is open during ski season only
• BBQ grills are snowed in during winter

We had a lovely time at the San Moritz condos in Crested Butte. The condo was centrally located, beds were comfortable, and it was spacious for our group of 4. Check-in was easy, as was the check-out process. Make sure you bring your own kcups or ground coffee, machines were provided but coffee was not. Also, there weren’t any full-length mirrors, so we went outside and checked our reflections in the sliding glass doors.

Best thing about this condo is that you literally walk five steps out the back door to put on your skiis. Layout was nice and made it easy to organize our ski gear. We are a family of four so each our sons had their own rooms but the place is truly set up for two couples and four children. Main room might be a bit cramped but is stocked for eight people. Downsides would be the stairs up to the condo (no elevator) and beds and bedding need updating. However, the positives outway the negatives and we would definitely stay here again.
