Paradise 204 is a corner unit with excellent access to the road and ski slopes. Enjoy one of the best possible views of Washington Gulch and the West Elk Mountains with windows in the living room and two bedrooms. The unit has a beautifully renovated kitchen with new oven and stove, granite counter tops, and new cabinets. All new flooring was installed in the Fall of 2020. Two new Smart TVs installed in August 2022. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive rock, wood-burning fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious, each with large wardrobes. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. It is located a few feet from the fully stocked wood shed for easy firewood access and just one floor above the guest laundry facilities, sauna, and seasonal hot tub.
NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access P-204.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.
Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!
Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We rented this unit for a mountain biking trip with friends and had a fantastic time. It's a great location, close to the Upper trailhead down the road, has great views and a nice cool breeze on the porch, and was equipped well for our needs. The only downside is that the bed in the master bedroom is past its prime - I docked one star for that. Fortunately, it didn't impact our visit too much as there were more beds than our group needed, so I moved to a bed in the bunk room while my wife slept in the center of the master bed where it still offered some support.Otherwise the condo was comfortable, convenient and quiet - we really loved being able to do a bunch of rides from the front door.
