Apartament Rakowicka 14 Deluxe Old Town WAWELOFTS

Let's start with the positives: - It is VERY close to the train station and Galeria Krakowska, kiosks and grocery stores + a short walk from the Old Town. - Self check-in, so you can check yourself in even after dark - The bathroom is beautiful and new - Easy & accessible The negatives: I usually don't complain much in these reviews, and I am pretty tolerant, but this was disappointing. I arrived at the apartment late at night, after a long day of traveling, and was met with a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment. Fair enough, the renters was apologetic and sent someone to ozone the apartment the next day. But this still meant that I spend one night in a smokey room and had to vacate while they were ozoning + while it was being aired out. It should not be possible to not notice the smell before approving the place for booking. (This was not a kind of smell of smoke flying in from someome having a puff on the balcony - this was old school smoking room smell). The apartment have very good potential, but it just has a vibe of being neglected and it felt more like an apartment for workers, and I can't defend the price range it's set at. The sofa I wouldn't dare to touch, as it has multiple large, unidentified stains. I booked the stay for all three nights specifically so that I could rest and relax for a few days, and to not having to move/wander about, so I chose to book alternative accomodation after the first night. Also so that I could have a sofa to sit in 😬 The smoke smell seemd to have improved when I returned later in the evening to close the open windows and "check out" of the apartment (so I didn't have to come back before check-out time). I still feel that I should have been compensated at least for one or two nights out of the three, but I had to pay full price for the experience, which was disappointing.

Obiekt zapewnia wszystko co powinno być jest bardzo przytulny i bardzo fajny

Localização excelente (ponto alto da acomodação), perto da estação central de trens e ônibus, perto do centro histórico (nos deslocamos a pé), perto da Galeria Krakowska (shopping center), em uma rua com mercados, lanchonetes e restaurantes. Apartamento funcional e bem equipado, com todos os equipamentos desejáveis.

Precisa melhorar a qualidade e quantidade dos travesseiros. Com relação a segurança, o acesso ao prédio era realizado através de código de acesso na portaria, porém, várias vezes encontramos as portas abertas.
