Crystal Luxury Apartments Rakowicka 20H

The apartment is very well designed, modern and clean. It's very conveniently located near the railway station, about 5 minutes walk but is quiet and located in a modern complex. I also liked facilities, it's well equipped and has everything needed for a short stay. For longer stay, it has a washing machine.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms which is why we booked it. However, one of the beds did not have linen and after correspondence with the owner, we found it and made the bed. This was pretty annoying but was the only glitch in otherwise pleasant experience.

The apartment is very well stocked, clean and the veranda was lovely, but remember this is overlooked as it is in an apartment complex. We felt safe and accepted. The lift was great. The apartment was quiet. Beds were really comfortable.

The apartment is a fair old walk from the old town. Once you found the 'quick' way it isn't so bad but I wouldn't book if you have difficulties walking as there are many steps. It is convenient for the train and bus station - generally more so than the town hotels. The curtains aren't blackout. Queries with reception were by text due to language difficulties we think. This did cause delays with adequate responses. That said they were lovely.

Spotless and very comfortable appartment in a quiet residential location, near to central station and local bus/tram connections. Well equipped and brand new building, really lovely stay. Great communication with 24 hour reception. We didn't use the garage but would be handy for those with a car. Perfect for our 4 night trip to Krakow!!
