Localisation près de la gare comme recherchée. Personne hyper réactive. En effet location d'un autre appartement fantôme au mois de decembre, sur le site de Booking. Gros problème non résolu a ce jour, ni aucun remboursement. Réservation vers 11 h 30. Récupération des clés à 13 h 00.

Ustensiles de cuisine un peu juste : manque passoire, autre couverts. 1 couette 1 place dans un lit 2 places. Malgré la présence de double vitrage, le passage des trains s'entend beaucoup la nuit.

5 mins from train station glowy krakow. Huge bathroom and kitchen Storage cupboard clever use of space No parties or street activities nearby as in residential area.

Not easy to find, need some clear instructions especially searching at night. The 'key' in the instruction actually meant the key symbol. Three floors up to climb but we are OK with it. Also there's a bunch of keys provided but you only needed one for the top lock. It took us some time to realise this and also that the top lock was double locked. We did try to ring but no answers, it was nearly midnight by the time we arrived. Noise level high with occasion train honking, literally next to train tracks with car park spaces and fence in between. Need ear plugs at night No help from anyone after certain hours eg 10pm after property agent clocks off. We had a power trip due to the short circuit caused by the iron provided, rang the number provided in booking.com and recieved a 5 minutes unprofessional rant from agent about how he's not supposed to be working that hour (11pm) and it's inconveniencing him (even though I told him it's an emergency and can't help it). Eventually I managed to get power back via fuse box, rang him back to update, rather than being grateful as the issue was solved he thanked me for waking him up! Owner - if u are reading this please arrange legally required and appropriate contact number /person after working hours. Wouldn't wish this on future holiday makers, it was stressful surprise. Also pls replace beddings, more below. Apartment facilities is 4/5 star, eg washing machine, shiny bathroom, good kitchen facilities etc but dissapointingly beddings eg pillows and duvet 1 star student grade. Asked to replace a pillow with disintegrated polyster hollow fillings which doesn't even hold its shape anymore. In fact pet pillow would be in better shape and my child sprained his neck from sleeping on it. It was replaced with 2 slightly better one but can tell it's within the same era. 😂 The pillows provided were old n cheap.
