部屋が広かった｡寝室とリビングスペースを襖で区切ることができたのが良かった。
自動給湯で浴槽にお湯が溜められ入浴できた。浴室乾燥で洗濯物がすぐ乾かせた｡ハンガー等もあり 干すのに便利だった。洗面所があって複数で泊まる時に助かった。
ロケーションは少し駅からの距離があったがわかりやすい場所で、二駅利用ができたのは便利だった。 エアコンが2台あり 猛暑の時期でも快適に過ごせた｡入り口と、部屋の入り口2ヶ所がロックできセキュリティ面も安心だった｡
2階の部屋は階段が急で大きな荷物の上げ下ろしが大変だった。 幹線道路に面していて 木造のためか 時折起こる振動に驚いた(地震？)
トイレとキッチンにタオル掛けがあったら良かった。 備え付けのタオルが少なかった｡

浴室空間足夠，基本生活配備皆有，事前聯繫和說明很清楚。
隔音稍微差一點，但在可以接受的範圍。
