Excellent location with just a 5-10 mins walk to closest station and heaps of restaurant, beauty salons, supermarkets and convenient stores. Property itself is a two bedrooms serviced apartment , hence there’s ample space, updated facilities and well equipped kitchen for a family for a short term stay.
Tucked amongst a busy shopping street, meaning a HIGH traffic of pedestrians, bicycles and cars. Soundproofing is quite bad, as we could hear loud drunks at midnight yelling, constructions workers hammering away, children next door crying, every single people who stepped/drove pass the uneven concrete road during day and night to a point that was so annoying as we literally can’t do anything to stop the noise when trying to get a toddler down for a nap. :/ That’s was the only down side for us.
