The location was amazing in the heart of it all. Always something to do
Apartment was great, everything new. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.
If there was anything, was no elevator, with all our bags it was a hike. But that was minimal

We stayed here two nights and got an Airbnb for the next 7 days but came back after a couple nights because my kids were in love with this place.
Everything is Brand New and an amazing response from Hironori every single time I email him, he is the Best!!!

Located right in the heart of Koenji's shopping street, this hotel has super easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, making it the perfect spot for exploring Tokyo.
Since it’s brand new, the room was spotless and packed with great amenities. We loved using the projector to watch videos and play games.
The neighborhood is packed with izakayas and restaurants, so you can really get a feel for the local vibe. Koenji is such a cultural hub with tons of vintage shops and live music venues, making this the ultimate place to dive into Tokyo’s deep, local culture. Plenty of spots stay open late, so you can fully enjoy the nightlife too.
Booking and checking in on the tablet was smooth and easy. Just a heads-up: they do ask for your ID, so it’s best to have it ready beforehand.
Since it’s a self-service hotel, I was a bit worried about what to do if something went wrong, but everything turned out completely fine.
