Excellent property. clean and convenient location, close to train and only 3 stops from shinjuku . You’re in a quiet neighbourhood but there’s lots of options for food. Host is good and communicates well. Beds are comfortable and it’s a good size apartment for Japan.

部屋は清潔感がありファミリーでも広々として過ごしやすかったです！
水周り、とくに風呂と洗面所が宿泊初日から詰まってて 風呂は下水自体が詰まってる感じでした。 連泊なのにタオル類補充されず、 2日目は不自由でしたね。 よく遠方に行ってホテル利用するので その点が良くなかったです。
