The description matched what we saw when we entered the building, and the host was prompt with their responses and helpful. I was also impressed with the speed at which we were able to book this accommodation. Overall this was a vast improvement from the other hotel we booked on Agoda.
If I had to pick anything to say that was a let down is that the building was a bit old and run down. but it was still comfortable. it was pretty much what i expeced for the price point i paid.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione vicino alla metropolitana ed a molti ristorantini. Avevamo vicino diversi minimarket dove fare colazione. l'appartamento era comodo perchè aveva le 3 camere separate mantenendo la privacy notturna nel gruppo di amici. la cucina era ampia e ben fornita, ma non l'abbiamo utilizzata mai. Il bagno con il wc è separata dal bagno con lavandino e doccia. molto comodo.
l'unica cosa che è mancata è una porta che chiude il bagno dove si trova il lavandino e la doccia. Essendo un gruppo di amici chi usciva dalla doccia poteva essere visto da chi era in cucina o nella sala comune. Basterebbe una tenda!. Qualche mensola in più nel bagno con lavandino sarebbe stato comodo.

The accommodation was simple, clean, and close to amenities. 7/11, transportation and was family friendly.
Understand how local waste management works in terms of disposing of rubbish, how, where, and when. Expectations for how you group plastics, bottles, glass, and general rubbish are important. We didn't understand when we first arrived, but IF we were communicated first, perhaps less confusion or misunderstanding.

Last night there was no water supply. I could not take a shower before my trip.
