It was rather spacious for Tokyo. Apartment was very clean, and it was nice to have slippers for all guest. since you’re not allowed to bring in shoes. Staff were responsive and helpful and good value for money
Our apartment was located on the 3rd floor and there are no stairs, so always struggle with the suitcases on arrival and departure. Very close to train tracks so one of the rooms was affected by the noise. A little far so do take in some transportation time from 35 min to Shinjuku/shibuya and more to other areas of Tokyo

Clean property, with good facilities to cook. For 7 people having 2 separate washroom and 2 shower was a boon.
Property is close to railway track. For light sleepers there might be a discomfort. For 7 of us we all were fine and were not disturbed.
