About this house rental
This house is situated in the southeast corner of Aquidneck Island between Wapping Rd. and Indian Ave. The house was built in 2016 and sits on a two acre cleared field with a serene pastoral view. Sweet Berry Farm, a local farm and eatery with small produce market and prepared meals is within walking distance as well as Peabody and Third Beaches. Downtown Newport can be reached by car within minutes or on average seven dollar UBER. This is a three bedroom house and offers a variety of options. The bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds. And for families with small children, there is a crib and high chair available. There is also a swing set and trampoline in the yard and a copious amount of toys and games. Beach chairs, towels, sheets and all cooking essentials are provided. We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Pebble Beach with pretty views. The house itself was clean and very comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after long days out exploring. Tayla and Brian were super responsive whenever we had a question, which made everything smooth.The kitchen was well stocked.We loved that it was only about a 15-minute walk to Sweet Berry Farm, and it was also an easy trip into Newport. Ubers were easy to get, and we even had DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart deliver without a problem. Our dog especially enjoyed the backyard—it was such a nice spot for her to run around.All in all, a great place to stay, and we’d happily come back.

Communication from owners was welcoming, responsive and helpful with activities and recommendations.Beautiful setting with room to rome in gorgeous yard with lots of birds and area for games, grilling and zip lining. The home is beautiful and fully updated with well appointed kitchen to create memorable meals. 10 out of 10!!

A Newport Wedding weekend was only enhanced by our stay on Peckham Ave. This picture perfect cottage is so spot on. Its just relaxing to walk in. The reality amplifys what you see in the pictures. The furniture is super comfy, the decoration relaxing, the layout is open but not isolating....just kick off your shoes and chill-lax.
Upstairs - perfect mattresses, clean and stylish bathrooms & fluffy towels.....I'll take it all day.
The homeowner communication was also on point - prior to arrival she reached out and gave clear and friendly instructions and advice. A couple of questions were texted back and forth and as the saying goes...its all good!
Its a great cottage and one that has been put together perfectly. Anyone would be thrilled to call it their own, but for now you'll just have to be happy VRBO-ing it!
We will be back.

The experience was great. Homeowner was communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed. It was just as described. It’s a beautiful home and really clean and perfect for a relaxing get away. Thanks so much Tayla for making out great family trip so pleasurable.
