About this house rental
This house really is a wonderful vacation home for families. There is plenty of space for everyone and so many places to relax and make memories together.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with an adjacent full bathroom. There is a primary suite on the second floor, as well as a bunk room that the kids are sure to love! There is a bathroom in the bunk room with a bath for the little ones. The basement has a ping pong table and there is a football field sized lawn in the backyard! This house has a great grilling area and the accordion window allows you to pass items and food easily from kitchen to grill. There is a covered patio if you prefer to be out of the sun, and there are also two decks for you to relax on with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The fire pit is wood burning and perfect for roasting marshmallows! First Beach is just one mile away from this property, which makes beach days fun and easy. We do have beach chairs for your use!
Sorry, we do NOT permit large gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, lobster bakes, or after wedding brunches. We do however love to have large families and groups of friends who are looking to enjoy the nearby beaches, the history of the area, the fun of downtown Newport, and most of all, being together.

Space worked for our group; would be amazing in the summer, but we enjoyed our late fall visit and found the location perfect for getting into Newport and surrounding area.

My son (the groom) and his groomsmen and their wives enjoyed the house with the great yard for outdoor activities. Great location close to the venues.
