About this house rental
The perfect location right by Easton's Beach (First Beach). Leave your car at the property (you won't have to pay for beach parking), take your cooler, beach chairs and you will be set for the perfect day at the beach! We provide a beach cart, some beach chairs and beach toys for the kids!

The unit was as described. We were all very comfortable and had a great time.The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had.We walked to the beach, Cliff Walk, and restaurants, and took short Uber rides to the downtown/wharf area.We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.Thank you!

The place was perfect. We had 9 girls and very one slept comfortably and it was so convenient to Downtown Newport and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. The host was so easy to communicate with Answered with minutes both leading up to our stay and while we were there.

This house is beautiful and super spacious. In walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Also a very close drive or uber over the Newport. The house was super clean and had clean beds and also clean towels on every bed for us. Check in / out process was super easy. The host was very nice and communicated to us via text to make sure our stay was going well. We had a great time and have nothing but amazing things to say about this rental!! Thank you all again!
