About this house rental
7 Bedroom/3 Bath Home. Completely refitted with new furnishings, mattresses in 2018.
Located 10 minutes from Newport and 5 minutes to beaches (by Car). Set on 2 acres this home has 5 bedrooms on the 1st two floors and 3 separate sleeping areas on the 3rd Floor (separated but lofty feel). 8 Person Hot tub on the backyard deck (located off the Kitchen). Large open TV/Dining room on the 1st Floor, and Pool Table, bar and TV on 2nd Floor.

Sleeping loft- 2 kings separated by a privacy wall.
Total 7 Kings/1 queen/4 twins (12 beds total)
There is a bathroom on each floor.
The house has been tastefully and amply decorated to accomodate large groups in the open kitchen and dining room.
The location is 5 minutes from Newport Vineyards and Newport National Golf, about 7 minutes to beaches and 10-15 by car to Newport.
I am usually not interested in 2 night rentals during the high season (May-September) and holidays, but you are welcome to make an inquiry (sometimes I make exceptions based on scheduling and market conditions). It is at my discretion to determine number of days, so please check with me before you make solid plans with your group and put in a reservation. This is also a great corporate long-term stay house where I could give better pricing.

We had a great stay at this house with a group of 12! The real value came in its location, which was in close proximity to all things Newport. There was plenty of parking for a large group, the hot tub was clean and ready for use, and the space accommodated all of us.

The property was convenient for all wedding activities that took place in Portsmouth as well as the beach in Newport. Unfortunately the house is located on a very busy highway that created road noise at all hours of the day as well as a commercial business next door.
