We arrived for our 2week stay in the Austin area to visit family and friends. We arrived very late at night after driving from the airport in our rental car. Greg arranged for our keys to be left in a secure location. The next day he met us at the apartment to welcome us. Throughout our stay he was available when we needed something or just to talk and become aquatinted. The apartment is even better than the pictures. Everything is updated and extremely clean and well taken care of. The view of the river from the high cliff is breathtaking. When our daughter-in-law saw it she immediately wanted to start planning her own time there even though she is only a 30 minute drive away. We are already planning to rent with Greg again when we return to Austin. We highly recommend it!!!

Spacious one bedroom with well equipped separate living/dining/kitchen area. Very nicely decorated. Description accurate. Linens exceptional and comfortable bed. Beautiful location, safe, gated property. Closed in sun porch with lots of natural light plus covered patio overlooking the river. No freezer but ice maker available.
Host easy to communicate with and always helpful. Left us a variety of snacks that were enjoyed. Would definitely stay if back in area. Thanks for a good 2 months.

We travel the country a LOT, and have stayed in some pretty amazing places - but the apartment on Lake Travis is one of the most amazing, nicest, "homiest" places we've ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, Greg made our stay feel like we were long time friends coming for a visit. From the gourmet coffee and chocolates that were waiting for us when we arrived (very late at night and I was wondering how we would survive without coffee upon waking lol), to the designer touches throughout, the apartment was a dream. Fully furnished with everything one could need or want, including separate on-demand ice maker, toaster oven, induction cook top (boils water in less than 30 seconds!!), and multiple flatscreen smart TVs. We loved staying and would gladly come back should our travels bring us back to the Austin area. Greg is an amazing and very thoughtful host, and when he heard that my husband's birthday was the weekend he was heading out of town, he left a card and bottle of champaign for us to celebrate with.
This is an amazing location, with beautiful sunset views and host who is thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive. If you don't stay here on your trip to Austin, you'll regret it. :-)
