These tiny houses have everything you need for a fun vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks and loved the pool! Life jackets and lake toys (paddle board, floats, etc...) were provided. My 2 boys loved the loft and having their own space! I strongly recommend bringing water shoes because there terrain is very rocky with lots of brush and stickers.

We recently stayed here for spring break 2024 and we loved it! The house was cozy and having two units helped us with having our boys sleep in the smaller unit. They had everything they needed. The pool was heated and they loved being in it everyday. The lake was low but it was still close enough for my wife and I to take the kayaks from the house down to the water. It was our first time kayaking and we really enjoyed it. The owner of the property is very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated her assistance with everything.We would definitely stay here again!

Communication from the owner was complete and timely. The location and accommodations were really nice. The only draw back was the water level. It looks like lake Travis is about 25 feet lower than normal. Despite the low water levels, it did not prevent exploring the lake on paddle boards. Awesome sunset.

I was in Austin for business, but wanted a different place to stay than a hotel. Saw this place and took the chance. Wow was I pleased. Both tiny homes are appointed with everything you need to have an enjoyable time. I had a friend join me and we had privacy between the two homes with their own bathrooms. The pool is an incredible bonus for the aesthetics and hot Texas sun. I have owned a VRBO home and know what it takes to pull this off and these guys are great. If I’m back, I will be staying there.
