Southside of Heaven is a newly built, vacation home with stunning Lake Travis views from two covered decks. It features a gaming room, outdoor kitchen and dining area, hot tub, and outdoor shower. The open floor plan, equipped kitchen, and family room are perfect for gathering. Two community passes provide access to Point Venture’s amenities, including a pool, pickleball and basketball courts, disc golf course, gym, playground, and boat ramps. Clubroom rental is $50/day.

The property was absolutely stunning! The views were great and the vibes were great! We hosted a chill weekend for my bridal party (9 total people) and we fit very comfortably! The driveway is really steep so it was not so easy to access, but the host informed us about it before the trip, so we were prepared for that. Other than that, we only had minor things that we needed to talk to the host about and they were very responsive and easy to communicate with! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the seating made it easy for us to all be together. 10/10 recommend staying here! If we did it all over again, we would still pick this property!

Our stay was awesome! This house is gorgeous and we especially loved the garage with all of the games! We loved staying here! Everything was super clean and the host was super easy to work with as well!

The house needed to be cleaned better. The hot tub was dirty on the inside, which is super disappointing. Our feet would get dirty from walking around the house. Lots of surfaces (baseboards, back of the countertops) had a thick layer of dust on top. The towels are white, so you could easily see some very long, thick black hairs on them. There is an ant problem in the bathroom attached to the garage. Also, the oven did not work. This was not realized until after I had already purchased 3 frozen pizzas for our dinner. I wasted that money, and then had to go out and spend more money to get some other food to eat.
