Southside of Heaven is a newly built, vacation home with stunning Lake Travis views from two covered decks. It features a gaming room, outdoor kitchen and dining area, hot tub, and outdoor shower. The open floor plan, equipped kitchen, and family room are perfect for gathering. Two community passes provide access to Point Venture’s amenities, including a pool, pickleball and basketball courts, disc golf course, gym, playground, and boat ramps. Clubroom rental is $50/day.

Our group had a good time. Overall the stay was great, and aligned to expectations. the only thing hiccup was that there was a lot of trash in the trash cans already when we arrived. The host was accommodating to situation, and the pet we brought. One suggestion - The guest book did not have the locations of all the amenities from the neighborhood like the beach and gym, which required you to do a lot of guessing to figure out where it was. I would suggest adding them to guest book for future guests, and and adding other know hows like airmattresses / and other items. However, you can't really beat the view, and all the on-site fun activities.

We had such a great weekend in this house (Family of 5 but would have slept more easily- sofa beds etc that we didn’t need). The views were spectacular and the place feels so quiet and tranquil. We saw lots of deer, even some walking past us when we were in the hot tub. The house is very well stocked, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, bathroom essentials, towels and beach towels etc. Only downsides were the water pressure in the master bath is incredibly low, the overhead shower is next to useless and the lower shower attachment is too low to stand under, though runs well. The bath is amazing but takes over an hour to fill to a usable level. The top level shower runs great! Hot tub was a great addition but we could only get one set of jets to work so had to keep moving around. If these things were fixed we would love to make a return visit as it really is outstanding.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay with our family. The amenities of the property were great and we enjoyed taking walks in the park.

Location and views were wonderful and the deer are all in the neighborhood! Some of the cons were how steep the driveway was. Has to be a 45 degree angle and not very kid friendly. All 3 suv vehicles struggled to get up and down. We almost rented a golf cart and dont think that would of worked. The garage game room was very dirty with a layer of black film or car tires that would make a mess of your shoes or kids feet. There was also broken glass upon arrival near the garage and kids game room by the recycle bin that was surprising. The master bathroom is a beautiful design but 0 stars for functionality. There is no water pressure in the master. The water was stronger in the kitchen faucet. Took 55-60 minutes to fill up the tub for a bath. Pet stains on the carpet upstairs by pool table. Two broken toilet paper holders in the master and hall bathroom. Had to buy a kitchen brush to clean dishes. Host was nice and responsive with trying to resolve the issues but we were left a little disappointed wanted to get a little more value than we paid.
