We enjoyed staying in such cozy apartment. Estelle gave us a warm hosting on the day of arrival. The apartment is clean with all basic amenities. It is spacious for a household of 3 or 4. Very reasonable price, especially we can opt out the cleaning service. Just cleaned up ourselves before we checked out. The apartment is close to Saint Malo train station, restaurants, and opposite to casino grocery store, very convenient. We like the location where is better than in the old town, especially for traveling by trains. Lovely and memoriable stay. Hope to revisit another time. Highly recommended.

Appartement refait à neuf. Etat très bon. Situé à 10~15 mn à pied du centre historique. Proche du port et de la gare. L'appartement donne sur une grande rue mais est très bien insonorisé donc cela n'est pas gênant. Parking gratuit a proximité. Produits de première nécessité disponible pour le premier jour. Propriétaire sympathique. Rien à redire.

Un appartement propre, fonctionnel et idéalement placé pour passer quelques jours sur place sans se prendre la tête et découvrir St Malo. Il est située à 10min à pied du vieux Saint-Malo, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture du weekend et nous avons trouvé une place facilement au pied de l appartement en arrivant.
