About 15 minutes walk from the old walled city.

The apartment consists of a bedroom (140cm bed), a kitchen, a living room (sofa bed 2 places), a loggia and a private parking.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est agréable quoique un peu plus éloigné de St Malo intra-muros qu'annoncé. Cela est compensé par la proximité de l'arrêt de bus y menant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Emplacement bien à 900 mètre de la plage et 23 minutes des remparts avec parking privé. Par contre les odeurs de renfermer dans l'immeuble et l'appartement pas possible et niveau propreté du logement et de la vaisselle à revoir fortement. Sinon propriétaire gentille et à l'écoute.

Vajilla en malas condiciones (platos viejos y desconchados). Cubiertos de mala calidad y todos distintos. Pocos vasos y viejos. Tazas sucias y desconchadas. Sin jabón ni champú ni bolsas de basura de cortesía. El resto todo bien. Conclusión: si no usas la cocina, el apartamento es correcto.

L 'appartement correspond bien aux photos et il est très bien équipé .Nous avons fait un séjour pour le week end du 14 juillet et la propriétaire nous a donné à notre arrivée le programme des feux pour le soir et les rues fermées à la circulation.Il y avait également un classeur de bienvenu pour nous indiquer les lieux ou les resto à découvrir .Merci pour toutes ces attentions .Nous pensons faire un nouveau séjour à saint malo car c'est une ville magnifique et accueillante.

Appartement agreable , lumineux et fonctionnel j'ai egalement pu prendre mes 2 chats pendant mes vacances , proprietaire sympathique , tres disponible qui s'est proposée de venir nous chercher en voiture a la gare . Voyageant quand transport en commun, l'appartement est situe à quelques minutes a pied de la gare et donc tres bien desservies par les bus. Plage , commerce, cinema a proximité . Tout se fait a pied ! les 2 points negatifs , il manque peut etre un balai et pour avoir la wi fi il faut rester dans le salon. Adresse a retenir .

Perfetta location, appartamento con posto auto ,al primo piano, grande spazioso ,pulito , silenzioso ,fuori dal traffico di sto malo , con fermate autobus a 20 mt o a piedi in 15 min.spiaggia nelle vicinanze. Negozi e supermarket nel raggio di 200 mt. Con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo , nessun tipo di problema.la proprietaria disponibile.ci torneremo! Grazie

Très bonne location

Etant sensible aux bruits, le calme de l'appartement et notamment de la chambre est fort appréciable. L'appartement est très calme, et très propre. Aucune mauvaise surprise à l'arrivé. Propriétaire disponible et agréable. Une place de parking est disponible en bas de l'immeuble. Tous se fait à pied, la plage est à 10mn, et St Malo intra-muros se situe à 30mn (il suffit de suivre la plage). Aucun doute sur la propreté du linge de maison il suffit de le sentir (très agréable de sentir le "propre"). Des produits d'entretiens sont disponibles pour le ménage, sel, poivre, café soluble, aluminium, papier film... pour la cuisine (Peut être laissés par d'anciens locataires). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et si nous revenons à St-Malo nous reprendrons ce logement. Nous le recommandons vivement.
