New house (2011) of 80m² with fenced garden of 300m² in the center of the island of Oleron.
Large 40m² main room with beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
2 bedrooms with bed linen that can be made available (on request), bathroom with walk-in shower and possibility of loan of bathroom linen (on request). separate wc.
garage with washing machine and dryer. ironing board and steam generator.
Small terrace for outside dining with garden furniture for 6 people and Weber barbecue available.
The plus: brazier for the end of the evening on the terrace!
Small chicken coop with 2 nice pullets who will give you eggs in exchange for the rest of your meals or a handful of seeds (provided).
Possibility of entering two cars in the property.
Close to the city center accessible on foot, with bakery, press, tobacco, fish (direct sale on Tuesday and Friday morning) butcher and small market every morning in season.
Beaches accessible by bike. choice: ocean side with beautiful waves (direction Vert Bois), or continent side with calm sea (direction Boyardville).
Close to the aquatic center but also to bowling for less sunny days!

Un séjour très agréable.Maison idéalement situé.Jardin très agréable avec différentes atmosphères.Maison bien équipées.On se sent comme à la maison.

nous avons passé un très bon sejour
la maison est idéalement placée au coeur de l’île avec la possibilité de tout faire en vélo, plage a 15 mn en vélo

On a apprécié la maison très bien équipée avec un petit extérieur très sympa. L'emplacement est super quand on veut visiter l'île car très central et en même temps proche de notre plage préférée sur Oléron.

La maison est très agréable et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Supermarché et bowling a proximité. Marché de jour a pieds.
