About this house rental
Located in Trillou (in the municipality of Grand Village) on the border with Vertbois, we are 1.5 km by bike from the beach (Passe du Trillou) via a bike path through the forest.
The village of Grand-Village is 2 km away, accessible via a bike path (10 min) and a 3-minute drive; there you’ll find a pharmacy, a bakery, a newsstand, a tobacco shop, a Super U, a bike rental shop, and a riding stable (say we sent you)!
A 10-minute drive away are the villages of Dolus (Intermarché) and Château d’Oléron (a magnificent Vauban-fortified town, with a promenade along the ramparts and a covered market open daily).
The house is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor:
Large living room (3 sofas, TV, bookshelves, coffee table, Wi-Fi)
Dining room (dining table for 10 with 10 chairs)
Large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dining table)
Master bedroom (160-cm bed) with closet and dresser
Children’s bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 extra bed.
Large bathroom (bathtub + shower)
Separate toilet with sink
Laundry room (new washing machine, extra refrigerator, storage)
Veranda/entryway with coat rack and shoe storage.
Garage available for bicycles (for rent).
Upstairs:
Double bedroom (two 90 beds that can be pushed together) with a clothes rack and a dresser.
Double bedroom (160-bed) that can be separated into two single beds, with a clothes rack and dresser.
The two bedrooms are connected by a large outdoor terrace.
Bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub (with shower).
Separate toilet.
=> The house therefore sleeps 8 + a travel crib.
OUTDOORS:
Large covered stone patio running along the side of the house with two Adirondack-style chairs.
Large awning (about 30 m²) that serves as a dining area with a sofa, a dining table for 12, a stone barbecue, darts, and more...
Outdoor shower, beach gear storage, and a large clothesline in the garden.
The garden is divided into three sections, covering approximately 3,000 m² in a very rustic style, with four beautiful fig trees, a weeping willow, and a swing.
Ample parking for 3 cars.
This is our family home, so it’s offered “as is” and fully equipped (dishes, kitchen utensils, books, board games, etc.)
Sheets and dish towels included.
Bath towels available for rent.

Great House, amazing garden with a lot of space for the kids to play. We loved our stay and are pretty sure that we will come again. Catherine and Pascal are great and the communication was super.

Maison ideale pour un sejour en famille. La situation dans un environnement calme ajoute au charme. Tres belles prestations avec plein de petites attentions. Beaucoup de jouets d enfants a disposition, du bois pour la cheminée ,grill pour barbecue. Une superbe piece exterieure pour aperitif et diner de reve. Les sanitaires sont impeccables. La literie tres bien. L accueil organisé par Romy est sans faille precis bienveillant. Bravo Romy. La plage du trillou est a 1,5 km. On y est en quelques minutes en velo. St trojean est aussi a 25 minutes par la piste cyclabe. Le jardin est clos, securisé avec tous les equipements a disposition ...pour la sieste ou la lecture.! Top top top!

Très bon séjour dans cette grande maison.
Nous avons apprécié le salon et sa cheminée et le très grand jardin.
