About this house rental
Welcome to our pleasant holiday home located in Boyardville, on the Île d'Oléron, just 500 metres from the beach. Its privileged location will allow you to easily enjoy the port, shops, restaurants and the many cycle paths that crisscross the island.
Spacious and friendly, this house is ideal for accommodating up to 8 people and sharing beautiful moments with family or friends. You will discover a large, bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a convivial dining area and a comfortable living room with television.PGJyPg
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms. The first is equipped with a pull-out bed offering two single beds of 90 cm. The second has a double bed of 140 cm. The third bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed offering two 90 cm single beds. Finally, the fourth bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed. Duvets are provided for all beds.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pod maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine as well as all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for the preparation of your meals. A TV and a smoke detector are also available. Families travelling with young children will appreciate the presence of a high chair and a travel cot.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing moments and children's games. The terrace furniture and parasol will allow you to share your meals or simply relax in the fresh air.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. They can be booked at an additional cost with the concierge before your arrival.
